Open a support ticket
From More → Support, tap New ticket (the floating + button). Pick a subject that summarizes the issue and write your message — include steps to reproduce, customer names if relevant, and screenshots (you can attach files in the thread). Tap Send to myPoolFlow.
Follow a conversation
Open any ticket from the list to see the thread. New replies from our team arrive in real time when the ticket is open, and the list view shows status chips so you know which tickets are waiting on you vs. waiting on us.
- Reply needed — we've answered; over to you.
- Waiting — we have your message and are working on it.
- Closed — the ticket is resolved. Replying reopens it.
Public help without signing in
- FAQ — short answers to common policy and product questions.
- Technician guide — the field-side companion to this guide. Worth a skim even if you only run admin tasks.
- Open a ticket without an account — for prospective customers or someone who can't sign in.
